Samsung
From Brief To Click.

Samsung Colombia wanted to move beyond traditional advertising and create digital experiences people would actually interact with, not just scroll past. The goal was to increase engagement across social media, email, and the Samsung app through content that felt more dynamic, useful, and platform-native.

What We Created
Instead of relying on static promotional posts, we developed interactive and adaptable content designed to increase participation and product discovery:

  • Social media games and interactive stories
  • Animated banners and motion graphics
  • Carousel content focused on product exploration
  • Influencer collaborations and launch campaigns
  • Video content tailored for local audiences
  • Adaptations of global campaign assets for the Colombian market

Every piece followed Samsung’s global brand guidelines while still leaving room for fresh creative execution.

Process & Collaboration
With multiple campaigns running at once, the workflow had to stay fast and flexible. We worked closely with social managers, analysts, copywriters, and creatives to review performance in real time and adjust quickly when needed.

If something wasn’t driving engagement, it was replaced. No attachment to weak ideas, no dragging dead assets across campaigns like creative zombies 🪦

The process was heavily iterative:

  • Test fast
  • Learn quickly
  • Improve continuously
  • Always have a backup ready

Make quick adjustments. Creative decisions were supported by performance reasoning rather than personal preference.

Results
We supported launches across multiple product categories, including smartphones, TVs, and home appliances, as well as Samsung’s first wireless earbuds launch in Colombia.

The campaigns contributed to:

  • Higher engagement across digital channels
  • Increased purchase intent during launch periods
  • Stronger consistency between social, email, and app experiences
  • More interactive user behaviour during product campaigns
